Dec 4th: Hula Hoop workshop with Bobbie Michelle
Hoopfit is a monthly workshop for people who want better balance and want to learn something new and challenging. The classes are divided into "on body" and "off body" hooping. We´ll learn how to tap into the flow state and all kinds of tricks. Hooping is wonderful for those who want better fine motor skills, space awareness, stronger core and more artistic expression. Dance and/or hoop backround not necessary. Classes are for beginners AND intermediate.
We provide hoops but if you have them, bring them. Clothing can´t be too loose as its very annoying to get caught in them. Bring a water bottle. First Tuesday each month at 17-19. Price: 5.000kr. Húllastelpan or Róberta Michelle Hall is a hoop dancer and an entertainer. She´s taught hooping for a few years and hooped herself since 2018.
